1. Promotion Description

Bilal @ Howard Theatre 5/10 Meet & Greet + Tickets Giveaway begins on April 27, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) and ends on May 1, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) (the “Promotion Period”). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Bilal, which are final. Bilal is solely responsible for the administration of the Campaign. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media platforms. Please direct any questions or concerns to Bilal.

2. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to residents of United States who are 18+ or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Bilal and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize

The following prizes will be awarded:

1x (One) Grand Prize Winner: 2x tickets + meet-and-greet

2x (Two) Second Place Winners: each winner gets 2x tickets to the show

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Bilal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Online Entry

To enter, visit https://laylo.com/bilal/howard5-10giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the required entry form. Automated, duplicate, or unauthorized entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within 72 hours after the end date by Bilal or its designated representatives. Winners will be notified via email and through our official social media channels. Entrants must confirm their acceptance by email within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Winners may be required to provide valid identification or additional documentation to claim their prize, and if they fail to do so, an alternate winner may be selected.
